Privacy policy

This website deliberately avoids cookies, tracking and external fonts. Videos are only loaded from YouTube after you click — no data is transferred to third parties before that. Below I explain which personal data is processed when you use this website.

1. Controller

Egon Marius Philipp, Practice for Naturopathy, Wettersteinstr. 4, 82024 Taufkirchen, Germany
Phone: +49 174 317 5120 · Email: info@naturheilpraxis-philipp.de

2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit the site, my hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary access data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This data is required to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in stable and secure operation) and is not combined with other data sources. The website is currently served via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA); GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I process your details (name, contact data, content of your message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — initiation or performance of the treatment contract).

If you use WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) additionally applies, and data may be transferred to servers outside the EU (in particular the USA). If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, simply contact me by phone or email instead.

4. Online medical history form and self-tests (health data)

The online medical history form and the self-tests are completed and evaluated entirely in your browser. Your entries are not stored and are not transmitted automatically to me or to third parties — the data only leaves your device if you yourself click "send" and dispatch the prepared email or WhatsApp message.

By sending, you consent to me processing the information it contains — including health data (Art. 9 (1) GDPR) — to prepare and carry out your treatment (Art. 9 (2) (a) and (h) GDPR). Please note that ordinary emails and messenger messages are not fully end-to-end encrypted. If you prefer not to transmit sensitive data this way, simply print the summary and bring it to your appointment. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. YouTube videos (click-to-load)

Videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) are embedded on the webinars page in a privacy-friendly way: no connection to YouTube is established when the page loads. Only when you actively click a video is content loaded from YouTube; from that point Google processes data (including your IP address), possibly on servers in the USA (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — consent given by clicking). See Google's privacy policy for details.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services, and loads fonts as well as the 3D model on the home page exclusively from its own server.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by me (Art. 15 GDPR), and the rights to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Any consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact me using the details above.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.

9. Updates

This privacy policy is updated as needed, for example when the website or legal requirements change. Last updated: August 2026.
